Michelle is the president of STEP Industries, a recovery community organization and social enterprise dedicated to helping those new to substance use disorder recovery regain or gain employ-ability skills in a safe environment, assist with vocational goals and provide sobering living. She has been committed to STEP since 1996 and has led its growth and expansion, impacting the lives of so many in the state of Wisconsin.
