I’m a seasoned Human Resources professional with over four years of experience at General Insulation, where I developed skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Alongside my HR career, I owned and managed my own store, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit.
My passion for helping others is evident in my five years as a Recovery Coach at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI, where I used my certified peer specialist skills to guide and support individuals on their recovery journeys. I also contributed to a non-profit organization in Green Bay, focusing on creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
As a Manager’s Assistant, I further honed my organizational and administrative skills, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR operations. My unique blend of professional experience and passion for helping others drives me to foster supportive work environments and organizational success.
On a personal note, I cherish time with my husband of 12 years and our four children: a 14-year-old son, two 14-year-old daughters, and a spirited 7-year-old son. Our home is lively, with our four miniature pinchers and beloved cat. I enjoy collecting crystals, crafting, and attending various events. I’m particularly passionate about supporting my children at their sports games and celebrating their achievements. I’m grateful to be part of the Voices team, where I can contribute to meaningful work and connect with others who share my values.
