Join Aurora Health Care and Summerfest in making healthy happen at Rock On to Wellness 2019! A FREE community event celebrating women and ways to stay active and promote a holistic sense of wellness.
Focusing on mind and body, the program will feature a dynamic interval training workout by Shred415 East Side, which will be DJ-ed live by DJ Shawna! Then, cool down with yoga and meditation. The event will also feature food and beverage sampling from KIND Snacks, FreshFin Poke, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, bubly sparkling water, and more! With the Summerfest North Gate and beautiful lakefront as the backdrop, this event can’t be missed!
The first 250 to check in at the event will also receive a free T-shirt featuring our Rosie the Rocker design (unisex, runs true to size)!
