Fred Garcia is a bilingual/bicultural Wisconsin State Licensed Social Worker. His employment at Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services for the last quarter of a century has provided him with an opportunity and platform to provide services to the community and advocate for inclusion and diversity. As a supervisor at Waukesha County DHHS, Mr. Garcia supervises social workers in the adolescent and family division. Mr. Garcia is the former Director of the Hispanic Collaborative Network and sits on several advisory boards and boards of director. Mr. Garcia is a strong advocate for the Hispanic community and for the recovery movement.
